Members save up to 10% on price of individual workshops when paid separately, over non-members. This is the second most popular use of MAFN Membership benefits for those that can only attend occasional events. |

Online Member Workshops

We schedule at least 3 online workshops (5 in 2008/9) (Phone & Web) for our members with speakers from around North America - most are FREE. Only members can attend. This is our fastest growing member benefit. |

MAFN offers 4 levels of service to facilitators to be included in a service that we promote to the general public that brings clients looking for facilitators. This includes three paid levels that many of our professional (for hire) facilitators find extremely valuable. If you're not using it you're must be rich or don't want work. |

With nearly 150 articles on topics of interest to facilitators this is an unmatched resource in our industry. Everyone is invited to research and write these short articles. MAFN supports facilitators seeking professional level certification through the International Association of Facilitators through our ASCENT group process. ASCENT is a group climb toward certification supported by CPF "Sherpa" Guides that have gone through the process. |

MAFN supports the gathering of group facilitators in our region. With just a few people in your area you can start and lead a local group with MAFN guidance and web support. We can even help you find speakers for your group presentation. |

One of the greatest benefits for MAFN members is FREE Training access to www.goWebIQ.com which will become WIQ later in 2010. WIQ is an online collaboration system that is used by MAFN for our online events to help our members learn the system for use with their clients. Member use is governed by a simple agreement. When clients ask us to help them find the right facilitator we send out notices and match interested facilitators with the client based on the clients established criteria. |
