MAFN and it's partnered regional University provides Bachelors, and Masters Degree programs in Group Facilitation and Associates Degrees in Facilitation Specialties taught by top experts in the field offering academic, theory, and practical training to develop skills and experience in topics of group facilitation.

Program Courses

 Each course is the equivalent to 3 to 5 full day programs (24 to 56 hours) that explore a full range of topics related to the subject with an emphasis on the practical "How To". To learn more about the program click on the title.

 If you would like to propose or lead a course please contact the MAFN Facilitation University Dean, Dr. Cynthia Pace, CPF, with the title and description of the specialty, Outline of the course syllabus, your contact information and credentials.

We would like to plan each course to run in four formats:

  • Long-term (8 to 10 months) (for Meeting Series)
  • Mid-term (up to 8 weeks) (for Standard Semester lengths)
  • Short-term (up to 3 weekends) (for Cohort weekend training)
  • Immediate (2 to 3 days) (for pre-conference courses)
