When not facilitating, he is teaching it, delivered via public and private courseskeynotes, and conference workshops. These include facilitation, strategic planning and advanced skills in creative problem solving, change management and professional development.

With 30+yrs experience as a manager, engineer and instructor in the public and private sectors, Bill has been facilitating full-time since 1996. Facilitated events range from a single event to a series, from offsites to summits, from training to a coordinated-keynote event with 100s of participants. In each, all participants are creatively engaged. Bill Olsen is a retired U.S. Navy Commander and Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Professional. He is now a business owner, professional facilitator, trainer, keynote speaker and presenter. He is based in the Washington DC area and provides his services globally.
